Billy Kidwell, an elderly,100% Service-Connected, Disabled Vietnam Veteran, was recently released from the Bay Pines VA Hospital Heart, and Stroke Ward, after suffering a Life-Threatening, Stress-Caused Heart Attack.

Needing health items, Billy Kidwell, his VA Medical Care Giver, and his 2 small P.T.S.D. Japanese Chins Service Dogs, went to the Kings Highway Walmart in Port Charlotte, Florida to shop.

At the cash register when paying for his items a Walmart Manager named "Handy" attacked Kidwell, screaming that his dogs were not allowed in her store.

Billy Kidwell explained his dogs are highly trained, P.T.S.D. Service Dogs, authorized by the Americans with Disability Act.

That they are needed, to save his life, because of his Stress-Caused Heart Attacks.

Handy yelled that Walmart is Private Property and doesn't go by any Americans with Disability Laws!

Billy Kidwell was then assaulted by Walmart Management, and his VA Caregiver called the sheriff.

The Charlotte County Sheriff arrived and was extremely friendly with the Walmart Store Manager, and Walmart Loss Prevention, talking about working part time at Walmart.

elling jokes to the Walmart Manager, and they schemed to falsify the Sheriff'sought for Veterans Rights, as much as his health has allowed.

For 53 Years the Government has tried to shut him up.
