DAMAGES FROM MURDER ATTEMPT

 

When Billy Kidwell filed his Walmart Lawsuit in the U.S. District Court at Fort Myers he was disabled with Severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.), and unable to stand stress, but he was able to walk, able to sleep at night, he wasn't in constant pain, and his heart had an Ejection Rate of 35%.

As a Direct Result of Judge, Sheri Polster Chappell, Magistrate, Mac R. McCoy, Walmart CEO Doug McMillon, and Sheriff Bill Prummel trying to Murder Kidwell;

1. Billy Kidwell is in constant, inhuman pain, with the lower half of his body, and both legs, constantly burning.

 

2. Billy Kidwell can't sleep on his back at night, because if he does he can't breathe, and he starts having heart pains, and a heart attack.
