THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE BRAGS...
THAT THEY HAVE NEVER PROTECTED THE RIGHTS OF A DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN, AND NEVER WILL!
THE HEAD OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION, OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, SAYS THE DOJ WAS CREATED, ONLY FOR BLACKS, AND THE DEI COMMUNITY
After the Justice Department refused to protect Billy Kidwell's ADA Disability Rights, refused to comply with the Servicemembers, and Veterans, Initiative Act, and refused to OBEY the November 10, 2021, Order of Attorney General, Merrick B. Garland, Billy Kidwell contacted the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department, and was told by the Office of Kristen Clarke;
"The Justice Department was created for Blacks, and the DEI Community, NOT White Veterans."
Kristen Clark's Office further stated;
"The Justice Department has never protected the rights of White Disabled Vietnam Veterans, and Never Will!"
Wanting to contest the Illegal Sexual, and Racial Discrimination, by the United States Department of Justice against White, Straight, Vietnam Veterans, in 2021 Billy Kidwell filed a Freedom of Information Act Request asking for a copy of the record of every Vietnam Veteran that has asked the Justice Department for enforcement of their Civil Rights, records of the race of the Vietnam Veteran refused protection, and the reason the Justice Department is refusing to protect the Disabled Vietnam Veteran's ADA Rights.
For the past five (5) years the United States Depart of Justice has refused to comply with the Federal Freedom of Information Act, and while admitting in e-mails that they received Billy Kidwell's F.O.I.A. Request, the DOJ just ignores the law, illegally concealing all records of their blatant Sexual, and Racial, Discrimination against White, Straight, Disabled Vietnam Veterans.
Billy Kidwell filed a Complaint with the DOJ Inspector General, and filed a Tort Claim with the United States Department of Justice.
The DOJ Inspector General refuses to respond, and the DOJ refuses to process Billy Kidwell's Tort Claim.
When Trump became President Billy Kidwell sent new Complaints, and Title 28 U.S.C. Declarations from witnesses, to Attorney General Pam Bondi, to Harmeet Dhillon, head of the Civil Rights Division, and to the DOJ Inspector General of the DOJ.
As of the present NONE have responded.
